Encryption & Storage

All payment data — UPI IDs, Paytm account numbers, PhonePe wallet details — are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your password is hashed so we never see it. We store your data only for as long as your account is active and for legal and financial record-keeping after that.

Cookie & Tracking Consent

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how you navigate the lobby. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Non-essential tracking requires your consent on first visit and can be withdrawn anytime.

Withdrawal Verification

Before we send your balance to your registered bank account or mobile wallet, we verify your identity and cross-check your withdrawal address against your deposit records. This protects both your account and prevents fraud.

Account Activity Log

Every login, deposit, withdrawal and gameplay session is logged. You can view your full activity history in account settings to spot any unauthorized access. Report suspicious activity to us immediately.

Third-Party Game Studios

1wi partners with external game providers like Evolution, Pragmatic Play and others. When you load their games, minimal data (your session ID, account level) is shared only to deliver the game. Each studio has its own privacy terms too.

Retention & Deletion

After you close your account, we keep transaction records for 7 years for tax and compliance reasons, but delete personal identifiers within 90 days. Request full deletion via email and we'll provide a confirmation receipt.

Privacy Policy FAQ

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Privacy & Data and select Export My Data. We'll prepare a file with your profile, transaction history, game activity and any saved preferences. Download it within 30 days. If you need it in a different format, contact support and we'll arrange it.

If the transaction is confirmed as fraudulent, we can reverse it within 30 days if the receiving account is still active and cooperates with the reversal process.
